Chicken: Large pieces
Lemon Juice: 3 Table Spoons
Salt: To taste
Red pepper: 2 teaspoons
Spice powder: 1 teaspoon
Roasted Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Roasted celery powder: 1 teaspoon
Roasted coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Oil: 4 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

Take the chicken pieces and make deep cuts on it with a sharp knife carefully. In a separate bowl, add salt, red pepper, hot spices, garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, vinegar and oil and mix all these ingredients.
